July 2010 – Web-based Data Capturing System
Infodrive has a strong working relationship with AccessIT Data which has allowed Infodrive to work on a project that is contractor control solution. This solution is a Web-based Data Capturing system which allows you to have administration facility and personalised service through your dedicated customer relationship manager to manage your site visitors or contractors.
The newly launched AccessIT web-based data capturing system, allows you to have administration facility and personalised service through your dedicated customer relationship manager to allow contractors to preenter all relevant data on the web portal, which once checked and approved, automatically populates the contractor management system on site.
The close partnership and understanding of AccessIT Data clients requirements for security has allowed Infodrive to develop this web based portal system, which provides time and efficiency benefits to contractors and clients to standardise the process for pre-approval, and lets the contractor enter all the data. This will save time and money, whilst reducing risk. Whatever your reason for employing contractors – be it for routine maintenance, for cleaning services or for installing new equipment - there is no getting away from the fact that both you and your contractor have duties under health and safety law.
June 2010 - Distribution Agreement to work with Access IT Data
Infodrive has signed a Distribution Agreement to work with Access IT Data. Infodrive and AccessIT Data are delighted to announce details of a simple to install and easy to use Visitor Manager solution for schools/Colleges and University – and at a special budget priced solution.
From as little as £745 (including installation and training) and with access to an on-line badge printing service, each member of staff and all visitors can easily be identified around the school. There is no need to purchase an expensive printer.
Protection for the well being of pupils and staff in and around the learning environment is paramount. With the threat of unauthorised access to learning establishments a real concern, a simple paper sign in book is rarely recognised as a strong enough deterrent. This simple solution will help you meet your OFSTED minimum requirement for your schools/Colleges and University record and for staff/visitor to carry suitable identification.
